Employment Services and Supported Employment operated by The Southern Tier Independence Center (STIC), offers individuals an opportunity to work in an internship that will lead to permanent employment in a community business. Employment Training Program (ETP), participants attend job readiness classes that present topics such as conflict resolution and how to dress for employment. ETP services include increased job development and job coaching as well as assistance with other employability skills. Job coaches help with resume writing, job interviews, travel training and more.
