Latino Community Advocacy Program

  • Description:

    The Latino Community Advocacy provides (LCAP) bilingual advocacy and educational services to immigrants and their families in Saratoga County. Our trained specialized staff support families as they navigate life in a new community and culture, helping to overcome language or cultural barriers and social isolation, to promote healthy thriving families and strong community connections.

    Saratoga EOC offers free small group English as a Second Language (ESL) classes and one-on-one ESL tutoring in Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties--classes and course materials are provided for free through the Liberty Defense Project.
