Social workers can help with short-term counseling and referrals to community resources, advise on quality of life and entitlement services, and assist with applications for benefits. Exercise and health related classes, bi-monthly blood pressure screenings, vision and auditory health screenings, annual flu and pneumonia shots are available to all.
