    “MAH JONGG

    Come join us for Mah Jongg in the Afternoon. All levels are encouraged to come and experienced players are always available to teach beginners. Join us for a fun relaxing afternoon. The cost is free for members or $3 for non-members per session. Games are played on Tuesday afternoon at noon. A Mah Jongg teacher is present at each class for further instruction. If you are interested, please call us.

    BRIDGE

    Looking for a game of Bridge? We got it here on Wednesday afternoons at the J.C.C. If you have a group of players or if you are looking for players to form a group, please call us.

    SILVER FITNESS

    This exercise class is a total body workout for older adults, regardless of fitness level. The exercises are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance, all while helping to prevent osteoporosis. The workout is a combination of aerobic (very low or no impact), flexibility and resistance (strength) training, all done in a fun-filled environment! Please bring small hand weights, a yoga mat, and water. This class is part of the MVCC health and wellness program and held in the J.C.C. auditorium. To register for this class, please sign up through MVCC by calling (315) 792-5300 or by registering online.”

    METHODS OF PAYMENT: Generally, for the Utica location, attendants do not need a membership and would either rent space out or attend programs hosted by people who have rented space out. Fees and methods of payment may vary.
