Basic Needs Services provide assistance that helps clients avert homelessness, utility shut-off, hunger and medicine shortage.
Support Services advise clients on how to access supports and benefits that improve short-term economic stability.
Development Services help people prevent future financial crises and position themselves for long-term stability by setting goals, accessing opportunities, and gaining knowledge. Turning Point counselors assist people in developing plans to stop getting by and start getting ahead. It may also include referrals to outside programs, such as participating in the Getting Ahead process, job training or other employment supports.
