The Town of Binghamton Tax Assessor oversees all of the different financial programs to lower ones taxes and provides financial assistance. First time applicants need to see Assessor's Clerk at Town Hall or call for procedures. Renewal applications will be mailed out.

The Tax Assessor of the Town of Colesville maintains all of the financial programs to lower ones taxes and provide financial assistance. First time applicants should call first to make sure Assessor is in. Renewal applications will be mailed out. Family or friend can apply for first time or renewal with applicant's signature and required documentation.

Information and assistance in IT-214 tax preparation. The New York State Tax form IT-214 is a real property tax rebate for homeowners and renters with an annual income of $18,000 or less. Forms for filing are available at the Office for the Aging. The form may be filed at any time during the year and is retroactive for a 3-year period.
