The main purpose of the Restore Program is to provide housing repairs to elderly homeowners only. You will be placed on a waiting list and prioritized according to the needs. The Restore Program will help to improve the health, safety, and energy efficiency of your home. It may also assist in bringing your home up to local/state codes. The grant money can not be used to simply improve the appearance of your home. Items that can be repaired are roofs, electrical, septic tanks, heating systems and water heaters. For more information, contact the Weatherization Program at 315-386-1102.
