The Youth Boxing program is open to all youth ages of 8–18 and operates Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 6pm in our boxing gym. This program is intended to assist youth with becoming more physically fit, disciplined, and healthy. A major goal of the Youth Boxing program is combat the ever-increasing rates childhood obesity and street violence.
